Personal care services are designed to assist individuals with daily activities. Our personal care services include assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, medication management, and other daily activities. We understand that every individual is unique, and we work closely with our clients and their families to develop a personalized care plan that meets their specific needs and goals.

Our Companion/Sitter Services are provided by skilled and experienced professionals trained to provide personalized care and support to individuals with substance use disorders. We understand that recovery is a journey that requires ongoing support and care, and our services are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals experiencing challenges related to their substance use disorder.

We tailor this service to meet the unique needs of each individual, with a focus on providing compassionate care, evidence-based treatment, and ongoing support throughout the recovery process. We work closely with individuals and their families to develop a personalized care plan that meets their needs and goals. Whether it’s providing transportation to appointments, monitoring medication use, or providing emotional support, our Companion/Sitter Services are designed to provide the support and care needed to achieve lasting recovery.

Home Care respite services provide temporary relief and support to individuals who are responsible for the care of a loved one with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other conditions that require ongoing assistance. Need a break for a few hours or overnight, respite care allows family caregivers to take a break, attend to personal needs, or simply rest and recharge, knowing that their loved one is in capable hands.

When you call Life Net Services, one of our respite care professionals will visit your home and provide you with a free assessment to determine your needs and the needs of your loved one.

We accept:
Private/ self pay – Home care services may be covered with personal resources such as check, credit card, etc. Costs are determined based on the type of care and the number of hours an individual needs. Contact office to discuss what would be included in a custom care plan, and whether personal care, companionship or respite care is needed. We work with our clients to create a schedule of visits that works with their budget.

Medicaid and State Programs: CAP/C, CAP/DA, PCS
Medicare – Medicare does not cover home care. In some select areas, Medicare Advantage plans may be available. This varies by state and location, so check your plan for additional details.
